The body composition program is a balanced strength program featuring traditional sets and repetition schemes designed to build strength, improve mobility, and promote healthy body composition.  This program features 3 workouts per week and is appropriate for all ages and ability levels.  It is optimized for training with traditional gym-style equipment.
