Your Coach & Founder

An avid runner, John Bezou has competed in every distance from 5K to 100 miles.  


In 2010 he turned his focus to ultra-distance events and then in 2018, John narrowed his focus to multi-day, self-supported stage races.


In December 2022 John became the 13th American to complete the prestigious 4 Deserts Grand Slam hosted by Racing The Planet.


John is the founder and Head Coach of Hypoxia Performance LLC, a coaching company focused on helping athletes achieve results  through a holistic health and wellness approach.
